Policy of
Falcon Fine Wire. By striving to achieve this policy our quality
processes reflect
Falcon Fine Wire’s desire to provide to our customers a
product that not only
meets their requirements but also exceeds them. Our
customers will receive
the right product on time, which in turn will reduce or
eliminate costly rework
operations, downtimes and unnecessary inspections,
resulting in a greater bottom
line profit. To ensure success towards our Quality
Policy goal, Falcon Fine Wire
documented, implemented and achieved registration
of an ISO 9002 Quality System
in March of 2000. To further ensure that our
products are of the highest quality
possible, verification to the applicable UL
and CSA Standards are required.
These test are conducted on a daily basis by
internal Quality Control Inspectors
and on a weekly basis by external UL Quality
Control representatives. With the
combination of experienced manufacturing
personnel, a functioning ISO 9002
Quality System, continuous improvements and
constant monitoring of the products
and procedures by trained internal and
external Quality Assurance Inspectors
Falcon Fine Wire warrants quality in every
product we manufacture.
